For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
International Orders: We can ship to most worldwide destinations, for a shipping quote outside the UK and Europe just send us an email stating product, quantity and delivery country including zip code.
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered; these charges will be calculated and added at checkout.
Heaviest item decides the postage rate for whole order. i.e. only one charge applies.
Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 10 working days.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by Royal Mail and to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations outside of the UK and Europe.
Please note that we are not able to deliver to addresses outside of Europe without prior acceptance of an order.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We will aim to deliver the goods within 10 working days but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing via the e-mail address within 7days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. Obviously we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal services. Please also consider Public Holiday closing.
We will not be responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
